Suggestions...

This is definitely my favourite app in my laptop but some improvements could make it a bit better. Create a border walk option. The walk on dock option makes DocKitty walk on your dock, but my dock is on the left of my screen. It’s a bit weird that DocKitty can now defy gravity and fly. A border walk mode would be much better because it’s funny(and cute) to see a cat staring at your documents(named cat food), while hanging from the top of the screen! Message reminder Having my DocKitty meow when I get a message would be so cute! Eating files Maybe also add something that makes kitty eat your files on purpose when it gets too hungry in walk mode and you have to tap DocKitty to make it spit the file back out. Could also be a fun game where you guess which kitty ate your math homework. Toys Maybe add balls of yarn that bounce in random directions when it touches your mouse (also the border of your laptop)and DocKitty will chase it when it is moving. Avoiding windows Make a walk mode where DocKitty avoids the windows and stays off them. this way you will be able to confine Dockitty to a single space. If you fore Dockitty onto a window, DocKitty will find the nearest space and run there. If there is no space, DocKitty will be forced to return to the dock! Squad mode interactions. Please make my DocKitty be able to play with each other like race each other to the dock and have occasional fights where the cats go crazy and start attacking like crazy Thank you so much for this app BTW!

Best app ever

This app is really cool, but I also wanna add one more thing I want so that on take a walk add another option that you can outline where you want your cat to go!

i LOVE LOVE LOVE this app, but i think that there should be a way you can give it toys, maybe sort of like the file eating thing, but for certain files it plays with it, like a toy. plusssss i think that it should be if you click on it, it releases little red hearts or smth (ive seen so many people suggest smth like this and I LOVE THE IDEA) like youre petting it or its happy. plus, id want it to wander on TOP of the windows, not behind, so its viewable when doinh work or something

Petting the kitty

I don’t know if I just haven’t figured this out yet, but maybe there can be a mechanism where when you click on the kitty little hearts float up because you’re petting it?

Interacting with cat

I feel like there should be a play time setting where you could interact with the cat by maybe playing with it with a toy, petting it like something that the kitty would react to.

Would it be possible to have a tortoiseshell cat ?

animation sequence

These three animations shouldn’t occur successively: sleep, jump, and sleep again. It doesn’t feel like a normal cat behaviour. Also it would be cute to add a stretching animation, for example, a sleeping cat wakes up and stretches her arms and sleeps again. it would be more natural than jumping up for no reason.

More interactionssss

Yeah, maybe when we drag the cat it has a dragging animation? Or sometimes the cat can chase your mouse and drag it around :3 Orrrrr when you click it you pet it? I think these would be adorable :D

MANUAL

You should add a button to click if you don’t know where something is, basically like a manual. Also U REALLY NEED TO ADD THESE FEATURES! -petting/cuddling -treats -toys when the cats it bored or playful -a system where the more you interact with your cat to more points/xp you get, and you could buy cats in the change cat feature.

Paw Print Trail Color

A suggestion I have is you could make it so you can change the color of the paw print trail the kitty leaves

licking and scratch animation

I’d love to see the cat cleaning itself and scratch along the window edges!

Propose: Dragging state/animation

When kitty is being dragged by the mouse, kitty appears to be held by the mouse (like this img). When kitty is in roam above Dock only mode, kitty can still be dragged higher to fall right back to Docker level Also when kitty is currently being fed when roaming, the bow appears to be invisible and only shows up when kitty is in Dock.

Cat mouse chase

I love Dockitty but we need more features for the price, for example, the ability to chase the mouse to play with the cat

Since in my country its currently rainy season I suggest adding features that relates with the weather or for other seasons

make him talk or at least say something somehow

either like customise-able messages if you want to like have a reminder or like him just saying something periodically and it could be set or you can change what he says for fun :)

You should be able to feed the kitty whenever it’s hungry. There should also be more actions and more ways to play with it.
